Hail Forensics Group was founded to give the insurance industry an independent voice on hail damage and PDR claim quality. After decades of nationwide storm response, repair, and consulting work, our principal moved into a consulting practice focused exclusively on forensic analysis, validation, and adjuster education.

Today we work alongside carriers, independent adjusting firms, SIU teams, CAT response vendors, and legal teams to reduce claim leakage, identify fraud, and improve repair accuracy across portfolios — from individual high-value claims to large catastrophe deployments.

Our approach is rooted in field experience: every report, opinion, and recommendation comes from someone who has personally inspected, evaluated, or repaired tens of thousands of hail-damaged vehicles.
